Search Engine Plugin (maybe Create Your Own)

I use Firefox 2, but this should also work on IE7.


When visiting a site who offers this search engine function, the icon on the search bar will appear in the different color.




The search engine then can be added through the search bar pull down menu. There is also a link in the Manage Search Engine List windows that provides more search engines.







Besides the link mentioned above, the Mycroft Project site http://mycroft.mozdev.org/index.html has many other providers.








Even better, we can create and submit our own search engines using the form in the site. http://mycroft.mozdev.org/submitos.html
